Dr. Jaison’s Body Perfect Clinic provides wellness services including weight loss programs, body sculpting, disease reversal, physiotherapy, Ayurveda, performance enhancement, and total body rejuvenation. We may update, modify, or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information before starting any treatment. Following prescribed guidelines and instructions is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and effective results.

3. Appointments, Payments & Cancellation

• Payments must be completed before or at the time of service.
• Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

4. Insurance Coverage

We accept selected insurance providers. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage details directly with their insurance company.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain high professional standards, Dr. Jaison’s Body Perfect Clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed medical conditions, non-compliance with instructions, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and healthcare privacy laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
